All Blue Cedar Pottery is handcrafted one piece at a time in my studio. Color, shapes and sizes may vary slighltly as variations in handmade items can occur and are celebrated!

Blue Cedar Pottery is food, dishwasher, and microwave safe unless noted. As with any ceramic item handwashing is encouraged.

I hope you love your selected item(s), but if for any reason you are unhappy with your  purchase, please see the following refund policy: 

• I offer credit only for returns; no refunds.

• Returns must be in new condition with no signs of use or wear.

• Returns must be mailed back within 30 days of the date it was delivered to you.

• The buyer covers the cost of return shipping, and no credit will be given for items broken during return shipping. Therefore, it is strongly encouraged that you to pack items well and ship through UPS with insurance included. 

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Pottery "seconds" and Clearance Items are final sale, no returns or exchanges.

SHIPPING GUARANTEE: I  will personally pack your purchase(s) carefully so they will not break, however, sometimes it happens! Any items that arrive damaged in shipping I am happy to replace with the following parameters:

1. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your damaged order by emailing bluecedarpottery@gmail.com.

2. Take photos of the damaged item(s) as well as the box and packaging, and include them in your email notification.
