We take pride in our handcrafted pottery and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide a full refund for the cost of the item, excluding shipping costs, once the item has been returned to us in its original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
